IPL fans have a double header to look forward to on Saturday and the first game is set to be a cracker with the Delhi Capitals taking on the Mumbai Indians.
Both teams are up towards the top of the standings right now, though Delhi come here on the back of three straight defeats and will be looking to bounce back.
What better way to do that than by beating contenders and current champions Mumbai?
This should be a great game and you can check out our thoughts on how the betting shapes up in this game.
Delhi Capitals Team News & Form
Not too long ago, the Capitals had won seven games from nine in the IPL and set off in excellent fashion, looking like genuine contenders for the trophy.
Fast forward just over a week and they have had three straight defeats, giving them five in total, knocking them off top spot and leaving them looking a little lost.
In terms of star players, there are plenty on show for the Delhi Capitals, these just need to get into their rhythm again.
Kagiso Rabada and Anrich Nortje have both been excellent with the ball and wickets are needed from these two.
With the bat, the experienced Shikhar Dhawann has been a force to be reckoned with and a big innings from him would be just what the doctor ordered on Saturday.
Mumbai Indians Team News & Form
If you want to see the kind of blueprint needed to win the IPL then look no further than the Mumbai Indians. Everything we have seen from them so far this season shows exactly why they won the competition last season and why they are amongst the favourites once again this season.
There are no standout stars in this team, just a good group of top quality players who play for each other, and take it in turns to stand up and be counted, making the difference in a game.
Rohit Sharma, Jasprit Bumrah, Trent Boult, Quinton de Kock and Suryakumar Yadav are the backbone of this team, and have been nothing short of excellent.
They are peaking at just the right time, and will be eyeing another big two points here.
For the key man on Saturday we are picking out batsmen Quinton de Kock of the Mumbai Indians. He has been very impressive so far in the competition, with just short of 400 runs to his name.
We expect de Kock to get off to a lightning fast start in this one and put valuable runs on the board that can lead his team to victory.
Although the Delhi Capitals started the season well, they have fallen off the tracks somewhat over the past week and for that reason, our prediction to win this game is the Mumbai Indians.
The Indians are experienced, they know what is needed to win games like this and with many high quality players in their line up, they have enough to get the better of Delhi.
It is the Indians to win for us on Saturday.
